A: We are a manufacturer as you can see in our workshop as above.

2. What information about FCU do you need to provide in order to get a quotation? 
 Generally, for the Fan Coil Unit we need to know the following information:
 1) Cooling capacity;
2) air volume? 
 3) Other special requirements?

3.  What is the warranty of products? 
 For 2 year warranty. Free to amend and change the parts due to quality reasons in the warranty year.

4. What is your payment term?
A: Normally T/T 30% in advance, balance to be paid before delivery.
