Operation and Maintenance of the Units
1.The unit cooler and heat medium should be clean demineralized water, and its working pressure
should not exceed 1.5Mpa
2.During the normal operation of the unit, the temperature rise of the fan bearing does not exceed
40 degrees 3.The outlet pipe of the unit is equipped with an exhaust valve,before the first operation
and the conversion between hot and cold, the air valve should be opened to drain the air in the heat
exchanger and the pipeline so as not to affect the heat exchanger effect. The unit provides cold
water temperature of not less than 5 degrees is summer and no more than 80 degrees celsius in
winter.
4.In the cold areas of winter and the new fan unit, when the heating mechanism is opened, the
heater should
be opened for 5-10 minutes before the fan supply should be started, prevents large amounts of
cold air from forming an ice plug in the heat exchanger, when the machine is stopped, the fresh
air valve should be closed first, the heater should be closed, and finally the blower should be
closed.
5.When the unit is not used in winter, the water in the coil should be drained and dried a with
a compressor, if the stored water cannot be blown clean, antifreeze should be added to
the tube, if the unit is temporarily running in winter for a short time, it should ensure that
there is hot water circulation in the pipe to prevent rust and freeze , in addition to winter,
when the heat exchanger is deactivated in other seasons, the heat exchanger should also be
filled with water to reduce rust. 6.The filter should be cleaned regularly to ensure the use of
the unit effect, such as the air volume is found to be reduced, generally caused by too much filter
dust.
7.After one month of operation of the unit, it is necessary to check whether the hoisting fasteners
and fan tightening bolts are loose.After two to three years of operation, the unit should be fully
maintained to clear the scale in the heat exchanger tube. Wash the heat exchanger fins with
compressed air or water, Lubricating parts such as fans and motors should be filled with lubricating
oil regularly.
