AIR DUCT DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

To achieve the lowest wind resistance and noise in the designed air duct, the fresh air output port and the

host, the exhaust output port and the main machine between the muffler or canvas soft connection;

For ceiling machines, spring shock absorbers or rubber shock absorbers must be installed on the boom;

When indoor hidden hoisting, maintenance and maintenance openings must be reserved;

The main engine and the main duct should maintain a slope angle of 3 to 5 degrees, and the position of the

main engine should be slightly higher;

Metal ducts must be insulated;

PVC pipe, rubber bellows, aluminum foil asbestos tube, aluminum foil composite pipe itself has thermal

insulation performance and can be installed directly;

For the installation of the damper, the proximal end and the end of the main air duct and the branch pipe

junction must be installed at the air volume control valve, the middle of the piping system can use the air

flow deflector or air volume regulation;

The duct and the duct should be connected with a flange, and the connection flange should be gasketed

with a rubber seal;

Choose the position where the air outlet is opened, and the opening of the air outlet should be uniform in

principle to ensure that the fresh air volume and exhaust air volume in various places in the room can be

balanced

The air outlet is not easy to open in the following positions, the turn of the sub-pipe, the tail of the duct,
