                                          Rooftop package air conditioner unit
 

A Direct expansion air handling unit is a combined air handling unit with its own heat and cold source. It is composed of an indoor air-cooled compression and condensation part (outdoor unit) and an indoor air handling part (indoor unit). The indoor and outdoor units are connected through refrigerant pipes without a water system. The system is simple, energy-saving, and

easy to install. Direct expansion combined air treatment unit is widely used in metallurgy, the chemical industry, machinery, electronics, the electric power industry, and other process air

conditioning places, but also suitable for shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, office buildings, and other comfort air conditioning places, suitable for several to several thousand square

air conditioning area.

The unit can be set according to the requirements of the use of filtration, heating, humidification, sterilization, heat recovery,  and other functional segments, in order to meet the use of different places

1,High-Quality Compressor
     The rooftop unit uses a Copeland scroll compressor with a built-in overheat fuse

2, Centrifugal Fan
     Belt-drive centrifugal fans of air supply section are designed with forward- curved blades, AC asynchronous induction motors and multi-speed control for maximum efficiency and adequate airflow distribution.

3, Axial Fan
       Condenser fans are direct-driven axial type, air-discharged vertically with a low level noise, which use aluminum blades riveted with corrosion resistant steel spider bracket to allow a statically balanced and smooth operation.

4, Heat Exchanger
         Condenser/Evaporator coils are manufactured from seamless inner grooved cooper tubes with all joints brazed mechanically bonded to aluminum fins to ensure optimum heat transfer

Unit Characteristics:

 

1,The indoor unit adopts aluminum alloy frame structure, anti-cold bridge

design, insulation panel is double-layer high quality steel plate filled with

high density polyurethane foam insulation material, effective noise

barrier, insulation effect is good.

The internal surface of the indoor unit is smooth and flat, not easy to

accumulate ash, no secondary pollution, suitable for purifying occasions.

Indoor unit box board is easy to disassemble, easy to assemble, according

to customer requirements can choose to transport parts or whole manchine

Different functional sections of the unit are provided with positive

pressure doors and negative pressure doors to ensure the tightness of the

unit and facilitate the replacement of auxiliary materials and maintenance

of the unit.

generous. The high efficiency fully enclosed scroll compressor is

adopted, which has stable and reliable operation, low noise and low

vibration.
